- Launch and relevant, optimized Management of Media Campaigns in Europe
- Define and deploy « full funnel » media strategies (from awareness to conversion) for partner trendy beauty Brands across all European markets.
- This includes designing strategic briefs, establishing measurable KPIs, and coordinating with media agencies, all while adhering to …..’s guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with …..’s internal (advertising, marketing, social media, legal) and local teams to ensure 360° media consistency within each Brand’s global marketing strategy.
- Establish a relationship of trust and advice with partner Brands, co-construct annual briefs, recommend relevant and innovative media plans, and follow campaigns through post-campaign reviews.
- Full-Funnel Mediaplanning and Innovation Expertise
- Design integrated media plans covering the entire marketing funnel, combining paid media, paid influence, and partnerships.
- Develop and oversee « Paid Influence » strategies in collaboration with involved teams, by selecting relevant influencers, defining objectives, and measuring their impact.
- Ensure constant technological and sectoral watch with media agencies, and proactively integrate media innovations (e.g., new digital formats, generative AI) into strategies.
- Support and Operational Coordination
- Ensure optimized visibility of partner Brands’ media activations with ……’s Offer and Brand Marketing teams and actively contribute to the creation of internal reports.
- Participate in a centralized calendar of regional media campaigns and ensure compliance with guidelines as well as the adoption of central tools by all stakeholders (agencies and ………. teams).
- Conduct rigorous budget monitoring of media expenditures and manage the planning of each campaign, from the brief to the delivery of creative assets and the follow-up of paid influence.
- Effective Collaboration with Media Agencies
- Lead the daily relationship with partner media agencies, defining objectives, evaluating their performance, and overseeing the optimization of media plans.
- Actively challenge their proposals, analyze results, and identify areas for continuous improvement to maximize the return on investment of campaigns.
- Measurement, Analysis, and Sharing of Media Effectiveness
- Conduct in-depth performance analyses of campaigns across the entire funnel, using analytics tools as well as agency reports.
- Prepare and present comprehensive campaign reviews, including actionable recommendations for partner Brands and ……’s internal teams.
- Perform regular benchmarking and infuse best practices and key learnings within the teams.
