Production Manager – Live Events & Broadcast H/F

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production management across assigned matches, territories, and competitions
• Plan, schedule, and continuously update fixtures across multiple countries and suppliers
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness
• Manage supplier sourcing, onboarding, performance, and procurement in line with HBS standards
• Maintain accurate budgets, documentation, and reporting, including weekly post-match reports
• Oversee on-site and off-site production operations, ensuring seamless live delivery

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in production operations with a strong understanding of live production workflows, particularly single-camera capture and streaming
• Solid knowledge of broadcast technical infrastructure
• Experience working in complex, international, and multicultural environments
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong reporting capability
