Influencer Creative Strategy Manager H/F
- Support development of Creative Strategy documents and research necessary for pitching and production.
- Manage and assist with creator outreach and list building across multiple projects.
- Develop and fine-tune Creative Strategy process and manage cross functional team planning to optimize and execute both internal and external partners.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an influencer marketing role and/or similar function leading high-priority Brand projects with multiple key stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the content creator, digital marketing and creative space.
Strong creative production background, ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a wide range of marketing materials.
Work autonomously with creative tools in developing pitch decks and storyboards.
Background in media and brands as well as shepherding large scale, cross-channel influencer and/or digital marketing campaigns and working with creator talent.
Experience working with highly matrixed marketing organizations.
Demonstrated analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Proactive self-starter, communicator, strategist and detailed creative.
Fluent in digital media, talent/artist relations, public relations, and marketing.
Experience with and knowledge of short and long-form video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Demonstrated ability to juggle scope and resources to meet deadlines consistently.
Must be willing to travel and attend after-hour events, relationship-building meetings, and industry conferences.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant work experience.
