Communications Shooter/Editor H/F

📍 Based in Paris, France – hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days wfh🗓️ Contract type: Fixed term/CDD contract to December 2026🌐 Languages: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

Key responsibilities include:Shooting and editing video content for HBS’ internal and external communication chanelsCapturing interviews and behind-the-scenes content with &. staffEditing third-party event footage, corporate-style films, and selected social-first contentCreating basic motion graphic title sequences and integrating them into editsMaintaining and organising content within HBS’ Media Asset Management (MAM) systemPhotographing new staff for corporate profile images and maintaining the photo archive

What we’re looking for3+ years’ experience in an edit-focused roleStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsMotion graphics skills and an understanding of visual brandingKnowledge of colour grading and basic sound design or audio mixingExperience operating a two-camera interview setup (Sony A7III), including audio and three-point lightingCreative flair with strong storytelling instinctsExcellent attention to detail and an organised approach to file and data managementClear, confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small teamBasic photography and photo editing skills
