Chargé PR & Influence H/F
Press:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a comprehensive global PR strategy.
- Be the key point of contact for press and communication-related operational questions at a global level.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and press offices in link with subsidiaries and commercial partners.
- Handle press requests from your designated markets.
- Deploy press launches.
- Coordinate and manage press days, including logistics and scheduling.
Participation in event coordination and execution:
- Coordinate and oversee the guest and amplification aspect of brand-related events in support of initiatives like store openings, exhibitions, and product launches.
Competitive Monitoring & Market Watch:
- Conduct studies and collect all communications-related information/activities from competitors (social media, giftings, events, store openings, etc.).
Analysis & reporting:
- Influence and press coverage reporting (monthly/yearly/product launch related reports).
Projects’ Administration & Product Logistics:
- Budget and invoicing follow-up in collaboration with finance departments.
- Supervise logistics and sample trafficking for photoshoots or events and new launches.
- Manage product forecasts.
- Place internal orders.
Influence:
- Identify and engage with key influencers in our industry.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns together with the PR & Influence Manager
- Track and analyze the success of influencer partnerships, using data to drive decisions.
- Develop, together with the PR & Influence Manager and creative studio, all seeding kits for both press and influencers.
- Monitor all activations and create a contact data base.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER
You have a 3 years proven track record of coordinating communication campaigns, through a first experience in PR & Communications, ideally in the luxury/Fashion/Beauty/Fine Fragrance industries.
You have excellent organizational and project management skills.
You are data-driven, solution & results-oriented with a strong sense of business.
You are a creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for communication.
You are highly proactive, and you often propose alternative and innovative ways of doing.
Your interpersonal and persuasion skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this job.
You are a great team player.
You are fluent in English & French.
Knowledge of the APAC and Travel Retail market is a plus.
