SVP Corporate IT (H/F)
Position Overview
We are seeking a business-oriented, execution-focused Senior Vice President – Corporate Technology reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. This leader will define and execute the enterprise technology strategy, overseeing Business Technology, Enterprise Architecture, PMO & Transformation, and Infrastructure & Security Operations. They will serve as executive sponsor for critical transformation priorities, post-combination integration, ERP and CRM consolidation, and exit from Transition Services Agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership
• Execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, growth plans, and value-creation initiatives, translating it into delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global technology organization capable of supporting rapid growth and acquisitions.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, portfolio management, and delivery disciplines for effective prioritization and predictable execution.
Business Technology, Data & Enterprise Architecture
• Lead strategy and governance for enterprise business applications, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise architecture.
• Define architecture standards and processes to ensure a scalable, secure, and integrated technology ecosystem.
• Develop data, business intelligence, analytics, and AI capabilities to improve decision-making, operational performance, and business insight.
Infrastructure, Security & Digital Workplace Operations
• Oversee cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, digital workplace services, and end-user technology operations, including collaboration tools.
• Maintain cybersecurity, privacy, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management capabilities.
M&A Integration & Enterprise Transformation
• Serve as executive sponsor and accountable technology leader for combinations, integrations, separations, and transformation initiatives.
• Define the target-state technology environment and approve strategic roadmaps, sequencing, investments, and risk posture.
• Provide oversight for ERP, CRM, data, infrastructure, and application consolidations, ensuring timely and risk-controlled exits from service agreements.
Vendor, Financial & Operational Management
• Own enterprise technology budgeting, financial planning, and investment management.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and technology sourcing.
• Optimize technology investments, SaaS portfolios, and operating costs while maintaining service quality and alignment with business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven success leading enterprise transformation and post-merger integration initiatives.
• Experience overseeing enterprise applications, data & analytics, infrastructure, and technology operations.
• Track record managing global teams and supporting multi-territory operations.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Preferred
• Experience in private-equity-backed or acquisitive organizations.
• Expertise in ERP and CRM consolidations, service-agreement exits, and digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Box, Okta), Tableau, Snowflake, and Microsoft 365.
• History of leading technology organizations through rapid growth and organizational change.
What Success Looks Like — First 18 Months
• Complete an assessment of the technology landscape and plan a sequenced, multi-year roadmap within 90 days.
• Launch ERP and CRM consolidation programs and service-agreement exit workstreams with clear targets, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Empower IT leaders to operationalize the roadmap and provide transparent executive reporting.
• Achieve service-agreement exits and progress toward unified ERP and CRM platforms on schedule.
• Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, user experience, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Build a scalable, high-performing technology organization and operating model to support ongoing transformation and growth.
