Sound Engineer (H/F)

Role: Sound Engineer (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Type: Contract
Payout: $25 – $55/hour

Role Overview
The Audio Engineer will design, record and edit high-quality audio content for digital platforms. This includes producing voiceovers, sound effects and music tracks to meet project specifications, in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align audio assets with creative and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Record, edit and mix audio content using industry-standard software and tools
• Produce voiceovers, sound effects and background music for digital media projects
• Ensure audio quality meets technical and creative standards for platform distribution
• Collaborate with content creators to refine audio elements based on feedback
• Maintain organized audio libraries and project files for efficient retrieval

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in audio editing software (Audacity, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, etc.)
• Experience recording and processing voiceovers, sound effects and music tracks
• Knowledge of audio mixing, mastering and compression techniques
• Ability to work with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and related plugins
• Familiarity with file formats, sample rates and audio delivery standards
