Join a dynamic podcast production team focused on delivering high-quality, long-form audio and video content for founders, coaches, authors, and thought leaders. This freelance role involves editing 45 to 60-minute podcast episodes, ensuring each show maintains its unique personality and pacing. You will be responsible for both audio and video editing, working independently to uphold a consistent standard of excellence. Deliverables
Edit and enhance 45 to 60-minute podcast episodes, covering both audio and video. Clean and balance dialogue, remove filler words, and address noise issues. Sync audio to video accurately and add intros/outros as required. Export final deliverables according to provided specifications. Maintain consistent quality and adhere to established workflows. Make independent editorial decisions to preserve the personality and pacing of each episode.
Requirements
Proven experience editing conversational podcasts, including both audio and video. Advanced proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional results. Ability to work independently, reliably, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret creative direction. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and editorial judgment. Availability for per-episode work, with potential for ongoing weekly assignments. Experience working with long-form content and understanding of podcast storytelling.
