Description du poste :

  • Support the Marketing team on defining the media strategy (offline/online) on local level
  • Drive our agencies on offline and online media
  • Be responsible for planning and on-time delivery of each paid media campaign, briefing media agencies together with other team members
  • Contribute to adapt global communication materials and create local digital campaigns, ensuring alignment on all digital platforms (pandora.net, social media, CRM)
  • Monitor closely budget and spends, and the invoicing process
  • Ensure regular spend optimization through analysis and close communication with Ecommerce teams
  • Identify relevant digital activation projects and ensure overall implementation (including legal requirements and contract finalization)
  • Implement global AdTech and other digital tools, test and platforms when required
  • Drive dynamic performance evaluations and analysis of all campaigns (traffic to the website, conversion rates, interest for drops/products), analyze dashboards and provide weekly and monthly reports
  • Contribute to deliver graphic elements that are required to carry out acquisition campaigns, working closely with the Media Content specialist, and external agencies
  • Contribute to the local social account management (editorial calendar, analysis with SoMe agency) with the Media Content specialist
  • Liaise regularly with our Global HQ teams based in Copenhagen on media reviews and reports

Profil du poste :

3+ years’ working experience in managing paid media campaigns – digital and ideally offline/TV campaigns, preferably in an international environment
Ideally experience working in FMCG, retail, media agency, or fast fashion, or ecommerce.
Mandatory experience in the French market on paid media
You are fluent in English and French
Experience working on a variety of paid & owned media campaigns
Experience managing agencies and big budgets
Ability to prioritize, manage time, multi-task and organize
Solid experience with digital data analysis
Knowledge of MMM platforms, Google Ads, Marketing Platform and Ads Manager is a plus
Experience analyzing campaigns on ADOBE, GA etc. is a plus
Strong skills on MS Office
