Marketing strategy & planning
- Lead integrated 360° marketing plans aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives, for ……
- Write campaign-specific briefs grounded in data, consumer insights and business priorities
- Balance short-term performance with long-term brand building
- Ensure Brand image consistency across campaigns, content, and touchpoints
Campaign Execution
- Lead the development and deployment of brand content campaigns across all paid, owned and earned channels with platform optimized assets
- Manage internal and external stakeholders (agency, creator, influencer, …) throughout the campaign lifecycle — from brief to go-live
- Drive social media editorial planning, content creation, and execution in alignment with brand voice and priorities
- Own campaign budgets: plan, track, and optimize spend to ensure both creative excellence and cost efficiency
Brand Management
- Align brand messaging with business priorities and market realities & specificities
- Contribute to the evolution of brand positioning, messaging and visual identity
- Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
- Ensure brand alignment across Product, CRM, Content and Design teams
- Collaborate with Global Communication to define messaging frameworks and narratives
- Lead market specific PR & communications strategies & initiatives
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor campaign performance in close collaboration with media, data and performance teams regarding set KPIs & measurement frameworks
- Analyze the business impact of marketing initiatives and extract learnings to improve future brand and campaign strategy
Insight analysis
- Monitor consumer behaviors, cultural trends, and market dynamics
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and creative opportunities
- Benchmark competitors and refine positioning accordingly
Cross functional collaboration
- Work closely with Acquisition, Product, PR, Creative, and Market Research, Media teams to align on goals and execution
- Ensure smooth coordination across global and local stakeholders
- Actively contribute to building shared marketing rituals, tools and ways of working that support team efficiency and alignment
