Job Summary

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you’ll guide creators in expanding their audience and monetising content. You’ll use in-house tools and your negotiation skills to secure brand and label partnerships, while developing strategic content plans.

What You’ll Do

• Manage & scale creators by overseeing portfolios, growing platform presence and locking in brand deals
• Scout and sign new influencers—both emerging talents and established names
• Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book top talent for campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams on overall strategy and roster expansion
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous remote environment with flexible hours

About You

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and other major social platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mentality, ready to hustle and drive your own agenda
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects

• Previous experience in talent management, social media influencer programs, sales or marketing agencies
